the new digital and social media manager for K2 Sports
It’s been a very busy summer for me since taking the newly created position of Digital and Social Media Manager for K2 Skis and Snowboards in Seattle Washington. I started in April which meant moving from Crystal Mountain into Seattle this summer instead of retreating back to Hood River, Oregon. Since the move my life has been crazy busy with work at K2 and my freelance projects I had previously booked prior to taking on a full time job. Because of this my website has been horribly neglected and I am now getting back to creating my own content and marketing myself again as part time marketing consultant and videographer in the Pacific Northwest.
K2 created the digital and social media position to create content, primarily video content and manage the K2 ski and snowboarding social media channels; facebook, twitter, youtube, blog and websites. Like most companies this had all been started prior to my hire, it was just added to a number of other employees plates that were already quite full.
It has now been several months since I began at K2 and I’m beginning to have time to update my website and share the unique social media and video techniques I have been using. Stayed tuned to my website for regular posts on digital and social media.
